They will talk with Jessi Sheron about the special considerations required to launch a Kickstarter campaign for an all-ages, middle-grade graphic novel. The upcoming Kickstarter launches on May 31 by publisher Iron Circus Comics.
The Sea In You is a whimsical dark fantasy retelling of The Little Mermaid. The middle-grade novel from cartoonist Jessi Sheron follows the unlikely friendship between 15-year-old human Corinth and the deadly fanged mermaid Skylla, who mysteriously lets Corinth live after a chance encounter during a beach clean up. THE SEA IN YOU will be the third independently funded crowdfunding campaign from Iron Circus.
