From the Great Panels collection. Batman was mad enough that he threw this woman over his lap and spanked her. He also appears to be smiling, so this is not the grim and gritty version of the Dark Knight.
And did that photographer help? Nope, he photographed the spanking. Nice guys. Everyone loves that famous panel of Batman slapping Robin, but this one is just as wacky.
